Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration

A seat in a course is reserved only after registration is complete and all required forms and payment have been received.

Student Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Shift Motorcycle School as soon as possible. Refund eligibility and any applicable fees will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the policies communicated during registration.

If you wish to reschedule for another available course, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request when space is available.

School Cancellations

Shift Motorcycle School reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to weather, unsafe riding conditions, low enrollment, instructor availability, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a course is canceled by Shift Motorcycle School, registered students will be offered the option to:

• Transfer to another available course, or
• Receive a refund if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

No-Shows

Students who fail to attend a scheduled course without prior notice may forfeit their registration fee, unless otherwise required by law or stated during registration.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
